First impression
The Stiga Pro Carbon stands out straight away for its solid feel and above-average speed for a pre-assembled racket. You can tell there's carbon in the blade: the ball leaves fast and with a generous sweet spot.
In play
On topspin close to the table the racket responds very well and rewards full strokes. Away from the table it still has power, though it demands good technique to keep control.
The factory rubbers do the job, but you quickly realise the blade can take more — it's an excellent base for fitting better rubbers later on.
